I'm Kindra, the heart behind Kindred Healing.

I believe healing isn't something we have to force. Sometimes our bodies simply need a safe place to soften, breathe, release and be supported.

My approach to massage is intuitive, heart-centered and deeply personalized. I don't believe in rushing through a routine or treating every body the same. I take the time to listen-to what your body is communicating and to what you need that day.

Kindred Healing was created as a privately owned sanctuary for healing—a calm, comforting space where you can step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself.

A slower, calming session designed to help you step out of the constant doing and give your body permission to settle.
